2. Making a booking
Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed when payment has been successfully completed and a booking confirmation has been issued.
The person making the booking must be aged 18 or over and is responsible for providing accurate contact and booking information.
The price shown at the time of booking is the total price payable for the tour unless an additional optional item is clearly identified before payment.
Please check the tour date, time and number of participants carefully before completing your booking.
3. Customer cancellations
You may cancel your booking by emailing brutalbeatles@gmail.com.
If you cancel at least 48 hours before the advertised tour starting time, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour starting time are not normally refundable.
No refund will normally be provided for a failure to attend, arriving too late to join the tour, or leaving the tour early.
You may transfer your booking to another person without charge. Please email us before the tour with the replacement participant’s name.
Where space is available, we may agree to move a booking to another advertised tour date. Any transfer offered less than 48 hours before the tour is at our discretion.
Because the booking relates to a leisure activity taking place on a specific date, the statutory 14-day cooling-off right that applies to many online purchases does not normally apply.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
4. Cancellations or changes by Brutal Beatles
We may cancel or rearrange a tour because of unsafe conditions, guide illness, transport disruption, insufficient participant numbers or another circumstance that makes it unreasonable or unsafe to proceed.
If we cancel a tour, you may choose either:
• a full refund; or
• transfer to another available Brutal Beatles tour.
We will contact you using the details supplied with your booking.
We may make reasonable changes to the route, stopping points, guide or running order when circumstances require. We will not make a significant change without informing affected customers where reasonably possible.
We are not responsible for separate travel, accommodation or other expenses incurred in connection with a tour, except where the law requires otherwise.
5. Meeting point and arrival
The meeting point and starting time will be shown on the booking page or sent with your booking confirmation.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the advertised starting time. Tours must leave promptly and it may not be possible to join after the group has departed.
Customers are responsible for planning their journey and allowing sufficient time for delays.
6. Weather and clothing
Tours normally proceed in rain and ordinary London weather.
Please wear suitable footwear and clothing and bring water or weather protection where appropriate.
A tour will only be cancelled for weather when we consider conditions unsafe or circumstances prevent the tour from operating reasonably.
7. Accessibility and suitability
The tour involves walking through central London and may include busy pavements, road crossings, steps, uneven surfaces and periods of standing.
Please contact us before booking if you have a mobility requirement, disability, health concern or other access need. We will explain the planned route and make reasonable efforts to assist, but some locations or route sections may be outside our control.
Participants are responsible for deciding whether the tour is suitable for their personal circumstances.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
8. Participant behaviour
Participants must follow reasonable safety instructions given by the guide.
We may refuse participation or ask someone to leave if their behaviour is dangerous, abusive, disruptive, unlawful or seriously affects the experience of other participants. A refund will not normally be provided in these circumstances.
Alcohol or drug use must not impair a participant’s ability to take part safely.
9. Personal belongings and liability
Participants remain responsible for their own belongings during the tour.
Brutal Beatles is not responsible for loss or damage that could not reasonably have been foreseen or that results from a participant’s failure to follow reasonable instructions.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Website information
We take reasonable care to ensure that tour descriptions, prices, dates and availability are accurate. Obvious errors may be corrected.
Website content, branding and original written material belonging to Brutal Beatles may not be copied or used commercially without permission.
11. Complaints
Please contact us at brutalbeatles@gmail.com as soon as possible if you experience a problem.
We will acknowledge a complaint promptly and aim to provide a substantive response within 14 days.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Customers living elsewhere in the United Kingdom
